Set in 1968, the layout is based on the GN ore operations in northern Minnesota. Operations include a iron ore classification yard, a dock turn, and freight train classification at Cass Lake. 7 to 8 road crews can stay busy along with the dispatcher and two yard masters. The railroad uses Easy DCC with radio and tethered throttles. Operation is with car cards and waybill. Radios are not required.
